1. Returns and Exchanges are only applicable within 14 days of purchase from the date of receipt.
2.  To qualify for a return/exchange, all items have to be in original mint condition with original packaging.
3.   Any signs of wear and tear will automatically result in a void. (For example: Clear Creasing on the leather or scuff marks on the sole.)
4.  Missing Items from the Original Packaging will result in a 10-15% Reduction fee. (For example: Missing dust bags)
5.  We will not be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item if it does not meet the above criterias.
6.  Discounted or Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7.  A One time exchange will be allowed for local returns.
8.  In the event wherein an item is damaged upon delivery or collection, we will be more than happy to provide an exchange of the goods. Please contact us directly within 3 days at (insert email here)
9.  Please ensure that all items are well packaged so as to prevent any damages during the process of shipping and clear indication of “Returned Goods” on the package.
10.  We will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or held packages.
