Exchange, Return & Refunds

 

Exchange

Please reach out to our customer service officer via our contact form or email us at contact@realscope.co.jp to initiate an exchange. 
Ensure that items are unworn, in their original condition, with all packaging intact, and have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. 
To speed up the exchange process, we will also ask you to provide the names of the items you want to exchange for, and photos of the items you wish to return along with their condition.

 


Returns

Please reach out to our customer service officer via our contact form or email us at contact@realscope.co.jp to initiate a return.  Ensure that items are unworn, in their original condition, with all packaging intact, and have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase.  To speed up the refund process, we will also ask you to provide photos of the items to confirm their condition.  

 

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  

 

Exceptions: Non-returnable items

Shoecare items & accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
